It started with a calling into the healing arts — bodywork, massage therapy, meditation, yoga — and a spiritual path that eventually took me into training at a Buddhist temple. From there, I went deep into inner child healing and nervous system repair — the reparenting, the rewiring, the reclamation of my own wholeness. And that work is what prepared me to access the advanced consciousness teachings that everything I do now is built on.
